Top Ten Reasons for Not Exercising
- I don't have time; I have a lot of doctor visits.
- The weather doesn't suit me.
- If I were fit and trim I might have even more lonely widows chasing after me.
- I've heard exercise can affect your sex drive.
- Grandmothers bake cookies, they don't run marathons.
- Spandex doesn't do anything for wrinkles.
- Exercise might improve my health and longevity. I've already outlived everyone I know.
- I could hurt myself.
- If I were healthy I would have no excuse to go see my Doctor who looks like Robert Redford.
- I don't know how to get started!!!
