Carol Holt - Age 57
Carole Holt is a picture of health. She is pictured here at the finish line of the Florida Ironman Triathlon, on November 4 2000. Carol is mother of 2 grown daughters and 2 young grandsons. Months of dedication and training lead her to her goal of finishing her first Ironman competition. She swam 2.2 miles, rode her bike for 110 miles and then completed a 26-mile marathon in 16 hours and 46 min.

We salute her dedication and wish her well as she continues her fitness regimen.
