Question - How much fat should I eat?:

What is the recommended daily percentage of fat intake allowed for a healthy diet? I am on a high fiber diet (doctor's recommendation) and stopped smoking 2 months ago . I refuse to become one of those who pack on 10 to 15 pounds when they stop smoking.

Guide Responds:

It is recommended that you get no more than 30% of your daily calories from fats.

You'll also find it helpful to talk with others who may have similar experiences or problems. The best places to do that are our Forums and Chatroom.
