Does anyone know about fungus under the toe nail.......is there a cure?

Nail fungus is will cause a dark yellow thick toenail. Avoid trauma, keep your toenails cut short, and make sure your shoes fit properly so your toenails are less likely to hit up against them. In addition, avoid public showers and swimming facilities. You may also want to eliminate very old, cruddy footwear, since it may harbor the fungus. The fungus can be treated by taking an oral systemic antifungal drug. As it is a prescription drug you will need see your physician for treatment.You'll also find it helpful to talk with others who may have similar experiences or problems.
