Guide Review - The Big Fix - Book Review
Katherine Greider show us in this book how a good investigative reporter delves into a subject and produces a story that gives us the facts in a concise manner. Her research is well suppported by numerouse quotes that verify her facts. In this book she examines the American Pharaceutical industry, one of the most profitable industries in the world. Unfortunately Americans also pay more for these same life-saving drugs than any other country in the world. She also shows how the drug industry spends more on marketing drugs than they spend on reasearch and development putting the cost of manyof these drugs out of reach of those who need them. This is an excellent and thought provoking book for those who care.
