Osteoporosis
"I'll be very interested in this. I visited a close family friend last weekend. It had been 10 years since my last visit. She's now 76 and has shrunk from 5' 10" to about 5' 7". Very difficult to see. She was always extremely athletic & active - swimming, sailing, skiing, hiking, gardening. Now she has chairs scattered throughout her back yard so she can sit and rest about every 10 minutes as she continues her gardening."

Drug Prices
"I work in a physician's office. The majority of our patients are elderly. It is unbelievable the number of medications these patients are on just to keep going. As we all know these medications are extremely expensive and at times they have to decide whether to take the medication or eat. Something needs to be done!!!! The Democrats and the Republicans sit in Washington and think only of what is best for their party. The elderly need help with their prescription drug cost. I know of one man whose drugs run $2,000 a month. How can a poor or even average senior citizen afford that????
Someone needs to come up with a realistic plan. I have yet to see one!
