Eat Your Chocolate

From Marian Anne Eure, About.com GuideApril 18, 2006

Did some chocolate find its way into your kitchen lately? You don't have to feel guilty for enjoying the sweet treat anymore. Chocolate contains antioxidants that can be a healthy part of your diet. As with all things moderation is important. You need to be aware that many chocolate treats contain high fat and sugar content; reading food labels is very important. Look for dark chocolate - dark chocolate is generally higher in cocoa and lower in the unhealthy ingredients.
