Did you know that laughter is good medicine? Unhappiness and tension induce stress and bad stress over time is harmful to your health. Nothing relieves stress better than laughter. While it can be hard at times always try to remember to take part in some stress relieving activities every day; rent a funny movie, participate in a yoga class or read a good book. Those activities can help your mind to unwind and put your stress to rest for a time.
