Exercise for Pain Reduction

Researchers have found that older people who regularly participate in brisk exercise, like running have few aches and pains over the long term as compared to older people who do not exercise. While starting an exercise program may increase joint and muscle pain initially, once a regular exercise program is initiated joint and muscle pain will be reduced even in people who have osteoarthritis.
