Anti-Cancer Foods

A study in the journal of Cancer Research finds that a diet rich in beans, nuts and cereals may help prevent cancer. A chemical compound found in these foods helps by inhibiting cancer growth.

These foods are also part of a healthy diet as they are fiber rich and have been show to help decrease levels of bad cholesterol, improving heart health.
