On the Death of Terri Schiavo

I wanted to share this piece from MSNBC. It brought tears to my eyes. I went through this in a small way with both parents. I was with my Dad when we made the decision to take my Mother off a ventilator; then 11 years later alone making the decision not to feed my father through a tube.
My husband & children know my wishes. I hope this starts a dialog in every family. If you do not have advanced directives in place this is the time to do it.
