Free Drugs Not Free of Problems

To counter critics many big pharmaceutical companies point to their free drug programs as evidence that profits are not their only motives. But a report indicates that many low income patients and their providers do not use these programs because the paperwork is too difficult and time consuming to be considered worthwhile.
