Yogurt a Diet Food

A new study indicates that yogurt can help increase weight loss for dieters. In the study researchers found that overweight adults who ate three servings of fat-free yogurt a day lost 22% more weight and 61% more body fat than those who simply cut calories and didn't bone up on calcium. The yogurt was part of a reduced calorie diet plan.
