Lost Sleep = Weight Gain

Researchers from the University of Chicago have found a relationship between sleep deprivation and weight gain. Losing sleep can raise levels of hormones linked with appetite and eating behavior, the researchers said.
Perhaps that explains why I could never lose weight when I was working a night shift? Sleep well.
