Beat the Heat

Is it hot where you live? We are expecting hot dry weather for the long Independence Day weekend with temperatures near 100. If you are over the age of 65 or have a chronic illness please be sure to take extra precautions to avoid heat related illness. If you don't have air conditioning many cities and towns offer free fans to seniors who are at risk of heat related illness. A fan and some extra precautions can help keep you safe.
