Illness/Suicide Link

Seniors who suffer from some illnesses may be at higher risk of suicide according to a new study. The health care providers who care for these seniors may be missing the signs of depression and missing the chance to intervene to prevent many tragic deaths.
This study highlights the need to evaluate not only the physical but the mental status of every patient.
