I hope all you Mothers out there had a great Mother's day - I did. The day after Mothers Day has been designated as a day for all women to rememer their health needs and see their doctor for a checkup. If you haven't had a checkup in the last year, it would be a great day to make an appoointment for one. It's for your health!
