Just like the rest of your body your brain needs exercise to keep it in tiptop shape. Research show that seniors who read, play board games or stay active with hobbies like dancing are less likely to show signs of senility or dementia. I sew and quilt myself and plan on staying very busy in my sewing room when my kids go off to college.
